وَإِذْ قَتَلْتُمْ نَفْسًا فَٱدَّٰرَْٰٔتُمْ فِيهَا ۖ وَٱللَّهُ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ﴿٧٢﴾
And [recall] when you slew a man and disputed1 over it, but Allāh was to bring out that which you were concealing.
—Al-Baqarah - 2:72
