تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ﴿٤﴾
The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.1
—Al-Qadr - 97:4
