تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِى بِيَدِهِ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ﴿١﴾
Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent -
—Al-Mulk - 67:1
