ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ﴿٣﴾وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ﴿٤﴾فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا﴿٥﴾إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا﴿٦﴾فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ﴿٧﴾وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب﴿٨﴾

94:3Which had weighed upon your back

94:4And raised high for you your repute.

94:5For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease [i.e., relief].

94:6Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

94:7So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

94:8And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

التينAt-Tin

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ﴿١﴾وَطُورِ سِينِينَ﴿٢﴾وَهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ﴿٣﴾لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ﴿٤﴾ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَـٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَـٰفِلِينَ﴿٥﴾إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ﴿٦﴾فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ﴿٧﴾أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ﴿٨﴾

95:1By the fig and the olive1

95:2And [by] Mount Sinai

95:3And [by] this secure city [i.e., Makkah],

95:4We have certainly created man in the best of stature;1

95:5Then We return him to the lowest of the low,1

95:6Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.

95:7So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense?1

95:8Is not Allāh the most just of judges?

العلقAl-'Alaq

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

ٱقْرَأْ بِٱسْمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ﴿١﴾خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ﴿٢﴾ٱقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْأَكْرَمُ﴿٣﴾ٱلَّذِى عَلَّمَ بِٱلْقَلَمِ﴿٤﴾عَلَّمَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ﴿٥﴾كَلَّآ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لَيَطْغَىٰٓ﴿٦﴾أَن رَّءَاهُ ٱسْتَغْنَىٰٓ﴿٧﴾إِنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلرُّجْعَىٰٓ﴿٨﴾أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يَنْهَىٰ﴿٩﴾عَبْدًا إِذَا صَلَّىٰٓ﴿١٠﴾أَرَءَيْتَ إِن كَانَ عَلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ﴿١١﴾أَوْ أَمَرَ بِٱلتَّقْوَىٰٓ﴿١٢﴾

96:1Recite in the name of your Lord who created

96:2Created man from a clinging substance.

96:3Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous -

96:4Who taught by the pen

96:5Taught man that which he knew not.

96:6No! [But] indeed, man transgresses

96:7Because he sees himself self-sufficient.

96:8Indeed, to your Lord is the return.

96:9Have you seen the one who forbids

96:10A servant when he prays?

96:11Have you seen if he is upon guidance

96:12Or enjoins righteousness?
