Al-Baqarah - Verse 190

وَقَـٰتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَـٰتِلُونَكُمْ وَلَا تَعْتَدُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُعْتَدِينَ﴿١٩٠﴾

Fight in the way of Allāh those who fight against you but do not transgress. Indeed, Allāh does not like transgressors.
