Al-Baqarah - Verse 45

وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَ﴿٤٥﴾

And seek help through patience and prayer; and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allāh]
