إِنَّمَآ أَمْرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيْـًٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ﴿٨٢﴾

His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.
