إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ﴿٤٢﴾
Except those [believers] on whom Allāh has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
—Ad-Dukhan - 44:42
