إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌ﴿٦﴾وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ﴿٧﴾وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ﴿٨﴾۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ﴿٩﴾وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ﴿١٠﴾إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ﴿١١﴾

100:6Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful.

100:7And indeed, he is to that a witness.1

100:8And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense.

100:9But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered

100:10And that within the breasts is obtained,1

100:11Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Aware.1

القارعةAl-Qari'ah

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

ٱلْقَارِعَةُ﴿١﴾مَا ٱلْقَارِعَةُ﴿٢﴾وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلْقَارِعَةُ﴿٣﴾يَوْمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلْفَرَاشِ ٱلْمَبْثُوثِ﴿٤﴾وَتَكُونُ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَٱلْعِهْنِ ٱلْمَنفُوشِ﴿٥﴾فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ﴿٦﴾فَهُوَ فِى عِيشَةٍ رَّاضِيَةٍ﴿٧﴾وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ﴿٨﴾فَأُمُّهُۥ هَاوِيَةٌ﴿٩﴾وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا هِيَهْ﴿١٠﴾نَارٌ حَامِيَةٌۢ﴿١١﴾

101:1The Striking Calamity -

101:2What is the Striking Calamity?

101:3And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity?

101:4It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed,1

101:5And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up.1

101:6Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds],

101:7He will be in a pleasant life.

101:8But as for one whose scales are light,

101:9His refuge1 will be an abyss.2

101:10And what can make you know what that is?

101:11It is a Fire, intensely hot.

التكاثرAt-Takathur

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

أَلْهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ﴿١﴾حَتَّىٰ زُرْتُمُ ٱلْمَقَابِرَ﴿٢﴾كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ﴿٣﴾ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ﴿٤﴾كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ ٱلْيَقِينِ﴿٥﴾لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلْجَحِيمَ﴿٦﴾ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ ٱلْيَقِينِ﴿٧﴾ثُمَّ لَتُسْـَٔلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ﴿٨﴾

102:1Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you

102:2Until you visit the graveyards.1

102:3No! You are going to know.

102:4Then, no! You are going to know.

102:5No! If you only knew with knowledge of certainty...1

102:6You will surely see the Hellfire.

102:7Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty.1

102:8Then you will surely be asked that Day about pleasure.1
