Special duas for the three decades of Ramadan, iftar and suhoor duas, Laylat al-Qadr dua.
Seek Allah's mercy in the first ten days of Ramadan.
نَوَيْتُ صَوْمَ غَدٍ عَنْ أَدَاءِ فَرْضِ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ هٰذِهِ السَّنَةِ لِلّٰهِ تَعَالٰى
Nawaytu ṣawma ghadin ʿan adāʾi farḍi shahri Ramaḍāna hādhihis-sanati lillāhi taʿālā.
I intend to fast tomorrow in observance of the obligatory fast of Ramadan this year, for the sake of Allah the Exalted.
Niyet duası
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ
Yā Ḥayyu yā Qayyūmu bi-raḥmatika astaghīth.
O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting! By Your mercy I seek relief.

The second ten days are for forgiveness and repentance.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي لَكَ صُمْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ
Allāhumma innī laka ṣumtu wa bika āmantu wa ʿalayka tawakkaltu wa ʿalā rizqika afṭart.
O Allah! I fasted for You, I believe in You, I put my trust in You, and I break my fast with Your sustenance.
Abu Dawud 2358
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Astaghfirullāhal-ʿAẓīmal-ladhī lā ilāha illā Huwal-Ḥayyul-Qayyūmu wa atūbu ilayh.
I seek forgiveness from Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy of worship except Him, the Living, the Self-Subsisting, and I repent to Him.

In the last ten days, especially Laylat al-Qadr, seek salvation.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allāhumma innaka ʿafuwwun tuḥibbul-ʿafwa faʿfu ʿannī.
O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me.
Tirmidhi 3513
اللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ
Allāhumma ajirnī minan-nār.
O Allah, protect me from the Fire.
