Ya-Sin - 36:70

لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ

To warn whoever is alive1 and justify the word [i.e., decree] against the disbelievers.
